Line Dancing

This form of exercise incorporates dance and aerobic elements to create an energetic workout, along with moves that are designed to work the abdominal area and glutes.

Classes are held at Regala Gymnasium on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Registration is done on a continual basis, with the session taking place in April-August.
