St. John Parish brought the flavor to the 2026 Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals (LAFF) Convention!

At last night's Taste of Louisiana event, parish staff shared a “Taste of St. John,” featuring shrimp and andouille egg rolls, white chocolate bread pudding, and Tracy’s tropical lemonade and exotic fruit punch with festival representatives from across the state.

This weekend, Miss Andouille Queen Jade Chabaud will represent the Andouille Festival - St. John the Baptist Parish as she competes in the LAFF Pageant. Join us in wishing her good luck!
