Thanks to the dedicated work of our Planning & Zoning Department, led by Director Connie Powell and Floodplain Administrator Dov Block, St. John Parish has earned national recognition for improving floodplain management and strengthening how we prepare and respond as a community and lowering flood insurance rates.
