Utilities is making emergency water repairs and as a result parts of Historic Main Street in Garyville will have little to no water pressure for an estimated 4 to 6 hours. When water is restored, this area is under a Boil Water Advisory until further notice. Please bring water to a rolling boil for one minute before consuming until notified of the Boil Water Advisory lift.

Permits are now available at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in LaPlace and can be obtained through Thursday, December 12, 2024. The EOC is located at 1801 W. Airline Hwy., LaPlace, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
