St. John the Baptist Parish Independence Day Celebration

What an incredible evening celebrating Independence Day with our community!

 

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 St. John the Baptist Parish Independence Day Celebration. From the Veterans Luncheon to the festivities on both the East and West Banks, it was a day filled with patriotism, community spirit, and unforgettable memories.

 

A special thank you to St. John Theater and River Parish Community Theater for sharing their incredible talents and helping make this year's celebration even more memorable. Your performances were a wonderful addition to the evening!

 

We also extend our sincere gratitude to the many individuals and departments who worked behind the scenes to make this event a success, including our Economic Development Department, Public Works, Communications Department, Sheriff's Office, Fire Department, vendors, and every staff member who dedicated their time and effort to serving our community.

 

Most importantly, thank you to our first responders, whose commitment to keeping our residents and visitors safe allowed everyone to celebrate with peace of mind.

 

And finally, thank you to our residents and visitors for coming together to celebrate the freedoms we cherish. We are proud to serve such an amazing community and look forward to celebrating with you again next year!
