Utilities is making emergency water repairs and as a result Bayou Steel Rd. to St. Charles Parish line will have little to no water pressure for an estimated 4 to 6 hours. When water is restored, this area is under a Boil Water Advisory until further notice. Please bring water to a rolling boil for one minute before consuming until notified of the Boil Water Advisory lift.

Now that temperatures have risen above freezing, residents are asked to stop dripping faucets and reduce water usage in order to rebuild water pressure.
