Congratulations to Ana'stacia Francis and the staff of Little Starr’s Center on their grand opening at the former site of Joan’s Daycare located at 1708 Carrollwood Drive in Laplace! Parish President Jaclyn Hotard honored former owner Joan Ancker with a proclamation recognizing her more than 50 years of service to the community. Little Starr’s Center provides daycare services for infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and after-school programs at this new location, in addition to their original facility on W. 5th Street.
