Utilities is making emergency water repairs and as a result Bayou Steel Rd. to St. Charles Parish line will have little to no water pressure for an estimated 4 to 6 hours. When water is restored, this area is under a Boil Water Advisory until further notice. Please bring water to a rolling boil for one minute before consuming until notified of the Boil Water Advisory lift.

We’re making big improvements to the River Road Wastewater Plant by upgrading key systems to improve efficiency, performance, and capacity.
“We’re modernizing our wastewater infrastructure with the latest technology to meet the demands of a growing parish,”said Parish President Jaclyn Hotard. “Strong infrastructure makes it easier for businesses to say yes to St. John.“
This project is part of President Hotard’s parish-wide infrastructure improvement initiative.
