Tropical Weather Update

The National Hurricane Center is forecasting that Tropical Depression Two could impact the northern Gulf this week.

While it is still too early to determine the exact impacts for our area, we could see increased rain chances and unsettled marine conditions Monday through Wednesday. Tropical storm-force winds and elevated tides are also possible on Wednesday.

Now is the time to prepare your property for heavy rainfall. Secure outdoor items that could become projectiles or wash into drainage systems, clear swales and ditches, and remove any debris from catch basins to help reduce localized flooding.
