SUBDIVISION AND ZONING ORDINANCE UPDATES We want to hear from you! St. John the Baptist Parish Planning and Zoning department is in the process of updating the regulations that govern development and subdivision of land to provide a clearer process that is more easily understood and enforced.There are marked up versions showing the changes compared to the existing ordinance, as well as a "clean" version that includes all of the changes.

Please review the proposed ordinance changes and submit comments and questions in any  of the following ways: •       Via email to sjbordinance@cpex.org  •       Written comment submitted to the Planning and Zoning Office •       Written comment submitted at either public meeting on May 2nd or May 4th.

Comments will be taken until June 13, 2023.
