Recreational Adult Basketball Registration takes place in March.  The season runs from May-June.

St. John Parish Recreation provides a Co-ed Adult Volleyball Program. This 6v6 program promotes sportsmanship & a competitive atmosphere for adults. Adult Volleyball registration takes place from April to May, with the season taking place from June to July.

Flag Football

Sportsmanship is highlighted, in addition to staying active, safe and engaged in the sport.  

Our Flag Football Registration takes place in June. The season is played primarily from August to  October.

Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is our therapeutic water program that builds cardiovascular fitness and strength. It’s easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Registration takes place in May, with the program taking place June-August.

Line Dancing

This form of exercise incorporates dance and aerobic elements to create an energetic workout, along with moves that are designed to work the abdominal area and glutes.

Classes are held at Regala Gymnasium on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Registration is done on a continual basis, with the session taking place in April-August.

The Yoga program is packed with fun, learning, and much more. Camp registration is done on a continual basis, with classes being held on Wednesdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm, at Regala Gymnasium.

Our Art Program is a creative, recreational activity that encourages meaningful & creative thinking. 

Participants are taught how to correctly mix paint colors and apply to a stenciled canvass to create beautiful art pieces. Our Art Program is seasonal and based upon the number of registrants at the time.
